Ernesto holds a dual role as a case manager and a Marriage and Family Therapist intern. He joined Northbound in 2016. Ernesto received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.
As a strengths-based clinician, Ernesto uses an integrative approach to counseling, utilizing a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology. Ernesto’s primary goal when working with clients and families is to help them develop solutions and the confidence to achieve their personal goals.
In his spare time, Ernesto enjoys cooking, exercising, outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two children.
