At Northbound Treatment, our core beliefs regarding substance abuse and mental illness are based on the education and experience both personally and professionally of our committed team.
We understand the challenges of addiction and help give you a higher chance at a successful recovery.

Northbound does not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices. Information provided on our website, within our collateral promotional materials, and through our public relations activities is an accurate representation of our philosophy, staff, facilities, and practices.
We only provide services within the scope of our clinical expertise.
Northbound will only provide services within the scope of our clinical and professional expertise. When determined that Northbound is not the appropriate facility, we work to place 100% of our callers in a reputable program that’s right for them. We do not receive any financial payment for client referrals, and our sole motivation is to help every person in need find the appropriate treatment solution.

We prioritize your health over our bottom line, and our all-inclusive pricing policies reflect this. Pricing questions are answered promptly by contacting our admissions team. Once our clinicians and specialists have evaluated your assessment, we will lay out the appropriate treatment program, which will be your starting point on the road to recovery.
Client privacy is paramount and protected at all costs.
Your identity is never shared anywhere or with anyone. Our treatment services are 100% confidential. Clients live within a structure of trust and safety and are never exploited.
Northbound’s partners operate within a stringent Code of Treatment Ethics.
Before we choose to partner with an organization, whether that’s through sponsorship or referrals or a collaboration of any kind, we make sure that it shares Northbound Treatment Services’® core value set. Examples of organizations we work with (and admire) are BisKids , the prevention program against drugs and alcohol abuse for kids, and University of California, Irvine , the most respected institution in our region, which happens to be Paul’s alma mater.
