This three-year accreditation and seal of approval reflects the organization’s commitment to providing safe and effective care. Northbound underwent rigorous review including an onsite survey to evaluate multiple aspects of its behavioral healthcare services ranging from leadership and screening procedures for early detection of imminent harm to overall care, treatment, services, and environment. Northbound joins more than 2,250 organizations across the United States that are currently accredited by The Joint Commission.
