Stacey Baugh is Northbound’s Culinary Chef that works in our detox facility at oneEighty. Stacey believes that proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and of course, some good old fashion home cooking, is a vitla component to sustainable recovery. Stacey receives so many glowing reviews from our clients about how special she made them feel, and how her menu creation for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a few yummy homeback snacks thrown in was exactly what they needed at the most crucial time in their recovery process. Our clients also get a first hand experience on how to prepare food, and healthy ways to cook from one of the best in the culinary business.

Paul Alexander is the founder and CEO of Northbound Treatment. He received his Certified Addiction Treatment Specialist training at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA, and was awarded Outstanding Alumni Service Award in 2002. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law and Society, Summa Cum Laude, from University of California, Irvine, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. He believes wholeheartedly in transformational leadership, organizational health and effective, fully integrated substance use disorder treatment.
