Heather Fotion is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and has been working in the field of addiction and mental health since 2011, Heather was attracted to Northbound’s focus on organizational health and the mission of assisting every client in achieving one year of continuous sobriety. Heather obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley; and her Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. She has had experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds struggling with substance use disorders, and is passionate about creating a unique collegiate experience for young adults new to recovery through Northbound’s CollegeBound program. Heather enjoys supporting clients balance their recovery and academics by utilizing her clinical expertise, authenticity, and a bit of well-placed humor. Heather enjoys yoga, swimming, and being outdoors.
