Heather has worked in the field of addiction treatment for 8 years, providing clinical services to adults participating in residential and outpatient services. As the program manager for our Men’s Core Program, she embraces Northbound’s In Vivo® model, developing auditing tools to manage the quality and consistency of clinical care.

Heather has a deep passion for working with people in recovery. She has played in integral role in developing Northbound’s clinical department, creating an environment that’s conducive for our clients to focus on their sobriety and achieving a sustainable recovery after treatment.

Heather has previously served on the board of Chemical Dependency Professionals of Washington State (CDPWS), the committee for NAADAC’s national conference and has been published in the Washington State Treatment Update. Heather completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix and is currently working towards her Masters in Clinical Psychology.
