Crystal Delaney

Crystal is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s  in counseling. She has experience working with several different populations including mentally ill adults, victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, senior citizens with memory loss, people with legal problems, and dual diagnosis clients. Crystal believes in empowering her clients to develop the motivation to fight for themselves, often in regard to learning how to manage addiction or to cope with mental health symptoms. She specializes in doing cognitive behavioral therapy, teaching mindfulness and emotion management, and assisting clients with self-esteem issues, anxiety, and depression. Crystal thoroughly enjoys her work with Northbound clients, and feels very rewarded by often having the opportunity to see them make major changes over the course of treatment.
