Laura has previously worked in the mental health field with adolescents, adults and families. Her training included acute, residential and intensive outpatient (IOP) care for substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment. Laura incorporates an integrative approach in her work that consists of Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to assist clients

Trisha’s personal experiences in recovery have played a significant role in her professional pursuits with working with young adults at Northbound since 2009. Trisha’s knowledge of alcoholism and drug abuse, her passion for her work, and her commitment to her clients play a big part in guiding and educating the students in the Academy. Trisha
