Every California county is eligible for HomeBound — Northbound’s telehealth IOP. We do not operate in-person IOP in Los Angeles, San Diego, Garden Grove, or anywhere else in the state.

IOP intensity is online for California residents. Higher levels (detox, residential, PHP) require on-site campuses as described on those pages.
Intensive outpatient program (IOP) at Northbound is delivered through HomeBound — secure telehealth with the clinical intensity of in-person IOP, without a daily drive to Orange County. For California residents, that means structured recovery while living at home, working, or attending school.
