Residential addiction treatment provides round-the-clock structure, therapy, and medical support when outpatient care is not enough — or when home environments are not safe for early recovery. Northbound's only residential campus is 9842 13th St, Garden Grove, CA 92844 — known as The Grove.

Residential programming includes individual and group therapy, family services, InVivo® real-world skills, experiential therapies, and dual-diagnosis treatment. After residential, many San Diego clients step down to PHP in Newport Beach or return home with HomeBound virtual IOP.
