Chief Clinical Officer Ilana Zivkovich, LCSW, LCDC, CDWF, and President/COO Paul Alexander, JD, CATC, will be speaking at the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers’ 2016 Annual National Leadership Conference. They have been recognized as leaders in the field of addiction treatment and will present an interactive workshop on “The Courageous Culture” and how treatment providers can cultivate a more authentic, accountable, effective, and empowered staff that bolsters recovery in a positive manner. Zivkovich and Alexander will provide valuable strategies for fostering structural and interpersonal changes, and building social relationships to promote professional satisfaction and success while helping the organization to thrive. The conference will be held May 15-17 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
